Install our host agent
These are instructions on how to install the Country Consulting – Host Agent on your machine. This agent allows your system administrator to remotely and transparently manage your PC.
Step 1
Click the blue button below to download our Host Support agent, or if we ask you to the green button.
Step 2
Open the downloaded file and click the run button.
Step 3
Click next.
Step 4
Select “Company/Commercial Use” then click Next.
Step 5
Click the checkbox to agree to the License Agreement then click next.
Step 6
When asked please provide the ID number so we can connect. In the photo below the ID is “123 456 789”.
Step 7
Wait for your computer to be fixed by one of our highly trained staff members.
